Choijin Lama Temple Museum

Choijin Lama Temple Museum is a unique religious and cultural complex located in central Ulaanbaatar. It was built between 1904 and 1908 in honor of Luvsanhayav, the younger brother of Mongolia’s last theocratic ruler, the 8th Bogd Jebtsundamba. He served as the state oracle (Chojin Lama), responsible for performing powerful ritual ceremonies to protect the state.
